B型超声检查在眼后段外伤中的临床应用

目的:评价B超检查在眼后段外伤中的诊断价值和临床应用。方法:用眼B超对39例眼外伤进行检查,描述受伤眼玻璃体和眼球壁的详细情况,判断眼球内异物的存在。结果:球内异物检出7例,检出率为78%,基本与CT检查结果一致。合并眼内炎检出2例,检出率100%。眼球破裂伤检出6例,检出率为86%,结合CT检查更能提高检出率。眼后段玻璃体、视网膜组织形态异常改变检出率近100%。结论:B型超声检查对眼后段外伤的诊断有积极的作用,对指导手术和治疗有一定帮助。

B-scan ultrasonography in the detection of posterior segment eye trauma

Objective To evaluate the role of B-scan ultrasonography in the detection of posterior segment eye trauma,and evaluate the clinical significance.Method Total 39 cases were examined by B-scan ultrasonography,recorded the details of the vitreous and eyewall for diagnosis of foreign body in the eye.Results Seven cases of foreign body were displayed,the detection rate was 78%,which was consistent with CT examination.Two cases combined with endophthalmitis were displayed,the detection rate was 100%.Six cases of eyeball rupture were displaye,the detection rate was 86%,the detection rate was elevated by linking with CT examination.The detection rate for display paramorphia of posterius vitreous and morphologic abnormality of retina approached to 100%.Conclusion B-scan ultrasonography is available in the detection and treatment induction of posterior segment eye trama.
