| 摘 要： | 目的:分析小骨窗开颅术在高血压性脑出血中的临床应用效果。方法:选取采用改良小骨窗开颅血肿清除术进行治疗的高血压性脑出血患者68例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:出院6个月经过格拉斯哥(GCS)评分:34例(50.00%)为恢复良好,15例(22.06%)为中度残,10例(14.71%)为重残,3例(4.41%)为植物生存,6例(8.82%)为死亡。结论:改良小骨窗开颅术是高血压性脑出血的较好治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the small bone window craniotomy in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in the clinical effect.Methods The modified small bone window hematoma evacuation for treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage 68 cases clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results After six months of discharge Glasgow(GCS) score:34 cases(50.00%) as good recovery,15 cases(22.06%) moderate disability,10 patients(14.71%) of severe disability,3 cases(4.41%) for plant survival,6 cases(8.82%) for death.Conclusion The modified small bone window craniotomy is the better of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treatment. |
