通心络胶囊联合阿托伐他汀对高脂血症患者调脂及抑制动脉炎性反应的临床观察

目的探讨通心络胶囊联合阿托伐他汀对高脂血症患者调脂及抑制动脉炎性反应的临床效果。方法将高脂血症患者148例随机分为治疗组75例和对照组73例。在常规对症治疗基础上,治疗组采用通心络胶囊联合阿托伐他汀治疗,对照组单用阿托伐他汀治疗。观察2组治疗前后血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平变化。结果治疗后2组TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、hs-CRP水平均改善(P<0.05或P<0.01);且治疗组HDL-C水平高于对照组,hs-CRP水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗结束后肝功能复查无异常,未出现明显不良反应。结论通心络胶囊联合阿托伐他汀治疗高脂血症,能显著改善HDL-C、hs-CRP水平,对改善血脂成分、抑制血管内膜炎性反应、稳定动脉粥样斑块、进一步降低动脉粥样硬化的发生、抑制斑块破裂导致的急性缺血性心脑血管疾病发作均具有重要意义。

The clinical observation of Tongxinluo capsule combined with atorvastatin on improving blood fat and inhibiting arterial inflammatory response in patient with hyperlipidemia

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Tongxinluo capsule combined with atorvastatin on improving blood fat and inhibiting arterial inflammatory response in patient with hyperlipidemia.Methods 148 cases patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into treatment group(75 cases) and control group(73 cases).On the basis of the conventional symptomatic treatment,treatment group were given Tongxinluo capsule combined with atorvastatin therapy,control group only received atorvastatin treatment.Observed treatment serum total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) levels of two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of TC and LDL-C,HDL-C,hs-CRP of two groups improved(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01) ;In treatment group,HDL-C level higher than that of control group,hs-CRP level was lower than that of control group,there were significant difference(P < 0.05).The end of the treatment,review of liver function abnormalities,no significant adverse reaction happened.Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule combined with atorvastatin in hyperlipidemia,can significantly improve the levels of HDL-C,hs-CRP,and inhibition of intimal inflammatory response,stable atherosclerotic plaque to improve blood lipid composition,to further reduce the occurrence of AS,inhibition of plaque rupture caused by acute ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascularvascular disease episodes are great significance.
