腰-硬联合麻醉在妊娠高血压综合征剖宫产中的麻醉效果观察

目的:探讨腰-硬联合麻醉在妊娠高血压综合征剖宫产中的麻醉效果。方法:将100例妊娠高血压综合征剖宫产的患者分为为腰-硬联合麻醉(CSEA)组50例与硬膜外麻醉(EA)组50例,比较两组患者的麻醉效果及麻醉前、麻醉后血压、心率的变化,注意观察并记录患者术后并发症情况。结果:麻醉后15 min,两组患者的血压均有所降低,CSEA组SPB、DPB较麻醉前下降显著(P<0.05)。EA组患者在牵拉时HR变化较为明显(P<0.05)。两组产后新生儿Apgar评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:CSEA在妊娠高血压综合征剖宫产中的应用血液动力学更稳定,起效快,效果明显。

Observing the Waist joint anesthesia put in hard for high cesarean section of anesthesia

Objective To study hard in Pregnancy-induced hypertension waist joint anesthesia cesarean section of anesthesia effect.Methods 100 cases of our Pregnancy-induced hypertension cesarean section for patients into waist linen joint epidural anesthesia(CSEA) group 50 cases and epidural anesthesia(EA) group of 50 cases,compared with two sets of patients and anesthesia anaesthetic effect before after anesthesia,blood pressure and heart rate changes,pay attention to observe and record the postoperative complications.Results 15 min,after anesthesia two sets of patients are greatly reduced blood pressure,CSEA group,a former anesthesia SPB DPB fell obviously(P<0.05).EA groups were pull more obvious change in HR(P<0.05).Two groups of postpartum Apgar score newborn non-significance difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of CSEA Pregnancy-induced hypertension cesarean section in blood dynamics more stable,effective fast,effect is obvious.
