产后大出血临床治疗分析

目的总结致产后大出血的原因,探讨产后大出血的临床治疗方法。方法回顾性分析该院产后大出血患者53例的临床资料,分析出血原因及与出血量的关系。结果引起产后大出血的原因有宫缩乏力、巨大儿、胎盘因素、生产创伤、凝血功能障碍,其中凝血功能障碍导致的产后大出血出血量最多。结论产后大出血的治疗需广大医护人员提高警觉性,加倍细心对待处于危险期的产妇,积极采取各项措施,确保产妇健康。

Clinical treatment analysis of postpartum hemorrhage

Objective To summarize the reason of postpartum hemorrhage, and to investigate the clinical treatment method of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 53 cases patients with postpartum hemorrhage, analysed the relationship of postpartum hemorrhage between the amount of bleeding. Results The cause of post- partum hemorrhage were uterine atony, great children, placental factor, production, trauma, coagulation disorder, the amount of bleeding of coagulation disorder caused by postpartum hemorrhage was best. Conclusion The treatment of postpartum hemor- rhage requir the majority of medical staff to be vigilant, be extra careful to treat at risk of maternal and actively take measure to ensure maternal health.
