细菌性肝脓肿不同治疗方案疗效分析

目的:将采取不同治疗方案后的细菌性肝脓肿患者的疗效进行对比。方法:对收治的细菌性肝脓肿91例患者行回顾性分析。结果:综合术前、术后各项指标在各组之间的比较来看,超声或CT引导下经皮穿刺抽脓或置管引流术(puncturedrainage for liver abscess by ultrasound or CT,PDLA)组明显优于腹腔镜肝脓肿切开引流术(laparoscopic drainage of liver abscess,LD-LA)组以及开腹肝脓肿切开引流术(incision and drainage for liver abscess,IDLA)组。结论:同等条件下、适应证确切时,应将PDLA作为治疗细菌性肝脓肿的首选治疗方案。

Therapeutic analysis of different measures for bacterial liver abscess

Objective To contrast the curative effect among patients of bacteria liver abscess who were treated by different measures.Method A retrospective research to 91 patients of bacteria liver abscess in Department Ⅰ of General Surgery,the First Hospital of Jilin University from 1 January,2005 to 1 May,2010.Results Contrasting the preoperative and postoperative information of three groups,PDLA(puncture drainage for liver abscess by ultrasound or CT) was more superior to LDLA(laparoscopic drainage of liver abscess) and IDLA(incision and drainage for liver abscess).Conclusion PDLA should be chosen as the optimal way to cure bacteria liver abscess when patients have similar condition and appropriate indication.
