| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨即刻种植牙运用膜引导技术的临床观察。方法:对50例70颗牙拔除术后患者,即刻植入种植体使用医用钛膜完全封闭骨缺损区,0.5～1年行冠修复,根据临床X线检查和患者主诉评价修复效果。结果:70颗牙即刻种植体4个月后骨缺损修复形成,冠修复后承栽了2年无松动。2年随访,除2例有进行性骨吸收外,其余种植体周围骨吸收高度平均1.25 mm。结论:运用膜引导技术进行即刻种植,可获得良好的骨修复,缩短种植修复疗程。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the use of immediate implant membrane technology to guide clinical observation.Methods 50 cases of 70 patients after tooth extraction,immediate medical titanium implants using bone defect completely closed,0.5 to 1-year line of crown,based on clinical examination and X-ray evaluation of the patients complained of fixed effects.Results 70 tooth immediate implant 4 months after the formation of bone defects,crown bearing plant after three years without loosening.2-year follow-up,except 2 patients with progressive bone resorption,the other a high degree of peri-implant bone resorption average 1.25 mm.Conclusion The use of membrane technology for immediate planting guide,get a good bone repair,shorten the implant treatment. |
