| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CT检查在肺结核诊断中的应用价值。方法 75例肺结核患者均接受X线片和CT检查。比较2种方法的检查结果。结果 X线片显示空洞、卫星病灶、支气管播散和胸膜增厚的检出率均低于CT检查,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 X线片检查是肺结核筛查和诊断的首选影像学方法,CT在肺结核鉴别诊断及判断病变程度方面具有更重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the value of CT examination in the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 75 cases patients with pulmonary tuberculosis underwent X-ray films and CT. Compared the examination results of two toothed. Results The detection rate of empty, satellite lesions, bronchial spread and pleural thickening by X-ray examination were low- er than those by CT examination, the difference were statistically significant （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion X-ray is the pulmonary tuberculosis screening and diagnostic imaging modality of choice, CT in the differential diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis and judge lesion extent has important significance. |
