| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胫骨平台骨折术后康复治疗对膝关节功能恢复的影响。方法将胫骨平台骨折术后患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组术后给予康复训练治疗,对照组术后予自行锻炼治疗,比较2组临床疗效。结果观察组优良率为90.0%高于对照组的60.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胫骨平台骨折术后康复训练疗效明显优于自行锻炼,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effect of rehabilitation therapy after tibial plateau fracture surgery on recovery of knee function. Methods 60 cases patients with tibial plateau fracture surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 30 cases. Observation group were given rehabilitation training, control group received exercise self- treatment. Compared clinical efficacy of two groups. Results Excellent rate of observation group （90.0%） was higher than that of control group （60.0%）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Rehabilitation therapy after tibial plateau fracture surgery is significantly better than exercise self-treatment,is worthy of clinical application. |
