热毒宁注射液联合克林霉素治疗小儿急性支气管炎的疗效观察

目的观察热毒宁注射液联合克林霉素治疗小儿急性支气管炎的疗效与安全性。方法将我院确诊为急性支气管炎的80例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例。两组分别使用注射用克林霉素按15～25mg/(kg·d),加入5%葡萄糖溶液100ml中静脉滴注30min,疗程5d;治疗组加用热毒宁注射液,按0.5～0.8ml/(kg·次),加入5%葡萄糖溶液100ml中静脉滴注,1次/d,疗程5d。治疗后比较两组治疗疗效、退热时间及咳嗽、腹泻等临床症状的改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率95%,而对照组总有效率75%。治疗组患儿退热时间,止咳止泻效果明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热毒宁注射液联合克林霉素治疗小儿急性支气管炎可协同抗炎抗病毒,退热及止咳止泻,效果明显且安全性好,值得临床推广应用。

The Effect Observation of Reduning Injection Combined with Clindamycin Injection in Children with Acute Bronchitis Disease

Objective To observe the clinical and safety of Reduning injection combined with Clindamyein injection in children with acute bronchitis disease. Methods Will I hospital 80 cases child diagnosed with acute bronchitis disease were ran- domly dibided into treatment group and control group, each of 40 cases. Two groups use the Clindamycin injection 15 ～25mg/ （ kg · d） to join 5% Glucose injection 100ml intravenous drip 30 minutes, compared 5 day. treatment group were with Reduning injection to join 5% Glucose injection 100mi intravenous drip, one time a day, compared 5 day. After treatment compared emcacy of two groups, draws back time and cough, diarrhea and the improvement of clinical symptoms. Results The total effective rote of treament group （95%） was higher than that of control group （75%）. The treatment group of children of the time fever, cough effect of diarrhoea is much better than control group, two groups compared the difference was statistically singnificant （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Reduning injection combined with Clindamycin injection in children with acute bronchitis can collab- orative anti -inflammtory can antivirus, fever and cough of diarrhoea, the effect is obvious and good safety, and is worth for clinical application.
