| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨剖宫产中行子宫肌瘤剔除术的可行性。方法:对20例剖宫产术中行子宫肌瘤剔除术患者以及同期分娩的无合并症孕妇20例进行对照分析。结果:两组的手术时间和失血量及住院时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),20例剖宫产术中行子宫肌瘤剔除术患者病理标本均为子宫平滑肌瘤。结论:剖宫产术中行子宫肌瘤剔除术是可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the Bank of cesarean myomectomy is feasible.Methods In recent years,20 cases of cesarean section intraoperative myomectomy cases and childbirth without complications,pregnant women over the same period 20 cases were analyzed.Results There were the operative time and blood loss and hospital stay was no significant difference(P>0.05),20 cases of cesarean myomectomy intraoperative pathological specimens of patients were uterine fibroids.Conclusion Cesarean section intraoperative myomectomy is feasible. |
