| 摘 要： | 目的观察中医辨证治疗消化性溃疡的方法和临床效果。方法将我院收治的49例消化性溃疡患者随机分为两组。治疗组(25例)采用中医辨证治疗;对照组(24例)给予西药进行治疗。结果治疗组治愈13例,显效7例,有效3例,无效2例,总有效率为92.0%;对照组治愈8例,显效5例,有效4例,无效7例,总有效率58.34%。两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证治疗消化性溃疡具有显著的临床治疗效果,并且安全可靠,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the methods and effect of treating peptic ulcer with chinese medicine treatment based on syptem differentiation. Methods Choosed 49 patients with peptic ulcer to divide into two groups. The study group with 25 cases were treated with chinese medicine treatment based on syptom differentiation, and controlled group with 24 cases were trea- ted with west medicine. Results The total effect rate in study group was 92. 0%, with 13 cases cured, 7 cases obvious effective, 3 cases effective, 2 cases invalid. The total effect rate in controUed group was 58. 34% with 8 cases cured, 5 cases obvi- ous effective, 4 cases effective, 7 cases invalid. There was statistical significance between these two groups. Conclusion There was obvious effect of chinese medicine treatment based on syptom differentiation to treat peptic ulcer with safe to extend in clinical. |
