| 摘 要： | 目的 研究消毒锅预热、物品摆放位置及内壁清洁对消毒效果的影响.方法 120只临床使用过的牙科涡轮手机,根据高压蒸汽灭菌器处理程序分为4组,每组30只手机,分别置于高压蒸汽灭菌器的内部、中部和外部;应用芽胞检测指示剂对其消毒灭菌效果进行检测.结果 高压蒸汽灭菌器的不同处理方法对手机灭菌效果差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);手机摆放位置对高压蒸汽灭菌器灭菌效果无影响(P＞0.05).结论 使用压力灭菌器前要用0.5%含氯消毒剂擦拭内壁及温控探头,预热30 min,才能达到理想的灭菌效果.
