肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的临床诊断与CT分析(附12例报告)

目的　探讨 CT对肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的诊断价值。方法　分析总结经手术病理证实的 1 2例血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的临及 CT表现。结果　肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤既可单侧单发 (占 6 6 .7% ) ,也可单侧多发 (占 8.3% )或双侧发病 (占 2 5 % ) ,部分可伴发神经皮肤综合征 (占 1 6 .7% ) ,肿瘤大小不一 ,可发生瘤体出血 (占 33.3% ) ,部分病例可无临床症状。 1 2例肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤中 1 1例 CT诊断正确 ,1例误诊。结论　 CT对肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的诊断具有特征性 ,肾的单发或多发的软组织肿块内有脂肪密度是诊断血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的关键 ,必要时可结合其他检查以协助诊断

CT Diagnosis and clinic analysis of renal angiomyolipoma:A report of 12 cases

Objective To study the diagnostic value of CT for renal angiomyolipoma(AML).Methods CT fingings and clinical symptoms of renal AML in 12 patients confirmed by surgical pathology were analyzed.Results Renal AML might be solitary(66.7%) or multiple in unilateral (8.3%) or foundin bilateral kidneys(25%).Some of the cases were associated with neurocutaneous syndrome(16.7%).AML tumors might be big or small,and there might be hemorrhage in tumons(33.3%).Part of them might haven't clinic symptoms.Eleven cases of them were exactly dianosed by CT and one diagnosis was mistaken.Conclusion The findings of CT for renal AML was characteristic.The key of exact diagnosis of AML was the finding of fat density in renal solitary or multiple soft tissue tumors.Other examinations can be combined necessarily in order to get final diagnosis.
