| 摘 要： | 目的探讨性染色体异常对性腺发育的影响。方法对37例原发闭经患者进行外周血淋巴细胞染色体G显带分析。结果共检出15例性染色体异常患者,异常率为40.5%,其中X染色体数目异常10例,结构异常3例,含Y染色体有2例。结论性染色体异常是原发闭经的主要原因之一;对闭经患者进行染色体检查对确定其病因及治疗具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the correlation between sex chromosomal abnormalities and gonadal dysgenesis.Methods The chromosomal G banded karyotypes of 37 cases with primary amenorrhea were analyzed.Results 15 patients with chromosomal abnormalities,including 10 cases of X chromosome aneuploidy,3 with structural abnormalities,and 2 with Y chromosome,were found.The ratio of abnormality was 40.5%.Conclusions Sex chromosome abnormality is one of the main factors of primary amenorrhea.The chromosome examination is necessary for the determination the pathogeny and therapy of amenorrhea. |
