健肺丸防治儿童哮喘复发的临床研究

目的：为进一步探讨中医药防治儿童哮喘复发及其作用机理。方法：采用扶正固本、活血通络法研制了健肺丸，观察儿童哮喘５６例，并与酮替芬治疗的３０例作对照。结果：总有效率观察组（９１．１％）优于对照组（６０．０％，Ｐ〈０．０１）；血清ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＧ、Ｅ花环的含量用药后明显提高，且优于对照组（Ｐ〈０．０１）；同时肺阻抗因流图之波幅、右心肌指数明显增高（Ｐ〈０．０１），而劝脉压及肺外周阻力则明显下降（Ｐ〈０．

Clinical Study on Jianfei Pill in Preventing and Treating Recurrence of Infantile Asthma

Further explore on preventing and treating recurrence of infantile asthma with TCM method and its mechanism. Methods: Using Jianfei Pill (JFP) which was Prepared according to the therapeutic principle of strengthening the body resistance to consolidate the constitution and promoting blood circulation to remove obstruction in the channels in treating 56 patients suffering from asthma. Their pulmonary functions were observed. Results: A total effective rate of 91. 1 % was shown in JFP group, which was higher than that of the control group (60 % ), P< 0. 01. In comparison with the control group, the level of serum IgA, IgG and E-rosette ascend significantly (P<0. 01 ). The wave amplitude of pulmonary impedance rheogram and right heart index (HI) also increased significantly (P<0. 01 ), while pulmonary arterial pressure (PPA) and pulmonary vascular resistance (PVR) dropped markedly (P< 0. 01 ). Conclusion: JFP might work by means of enhancing the immune function and improving the pulmonary microcirculation to control chronic bronchial inflammation and reduce its reactivity to prevent the relapse of asthma.
