血必净注射液治疗多器官功能障碍综合征临床研究

目的:评价血必净注射液治疗多器官功能障碍综合征的疗效.方法:将MODS患者40例随机分为对照组与治疗组各20例.对照组给予西药常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用血必净注射液,观察治疗前后的Marshall评分、胃肠功能障碍评分、中医症状评分变化情况.结果:治疗组第3天和第7天的中医症状评分明显改善,与对照相比有显著性差异(P＜0.05);治疗组第7天的Marshall评分和胃肠功能障碍评分明显改善,与对照相比均有显著性差异(P＜0.05).疗程结束治疗组有效率为65%,对照组为40%,经统计学分析有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论:血必净注射液能改善器官功能和症状,提高生存率,改善预后,是治疗MODS的临床有效药物.

Clinical Study of Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrome Treated in Xuebijing Iniection

Objective:to approach the effect of Xubijing Injection in treating Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrome(MODS).Method:40 cases with MODS were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.Both groups were treated with normal weasten medicine and the treatment group by Xuebijing Injection.Patients with MODS were scored with Marshall-score system and Gastrointestinal-dysfunction-score system and Traditional-Chinese-Medicine-symtom-score system before and after the treatment.Result:The scores of traditional-Chinese-Medicine-symtom of the treatment group were obviously lower than that of the control group(P<0.05) in 3 day and 7 day.The scores of Marshall and gastrointestinal-dysfunction of the treatment group were obviously lower than that of the control group(P<0.05) in 7 day.The rate of therapeutic effect of the treatment group was obviously lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xubijing Injection can improve function of organs and symptoms and increase survival rate,and it is the effective medicine in treating MODS.
