盐酸小檗碱对大鼠糖脂代谢的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨盐酸小檗碱对2型糖尿病伴高脂血症模型大鼠血糖、血脂、脂蛋白等相关指标代谢的影响.方法 选Wistar大鼠50只,雌雄各半,先喂以高脂饲料5周后,选取血清TG、TC显著升高(与正常对照组相比,差异有显著性的大鼠)的作为高脂血症造模成功的大鼠;然后将这些高脂血症造模成功的大鼠腹腔注射小剂量链脲佐菌素30mg/kg,同时继续喂高脂饲料,用药物和高脂饲料联合的方法诱导建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型,并继续用高脂饲料喂养10周,最后用盐酸小檗碱治疗符合标准的模型大鼠4周.实验过程中,于不同时期测定各不同处理组大鼠的各项相关指标(包括各组基础值、注射STZ前后值、治疗前后值等),所有数据均采用SPSSl1.5统计软件进行处理,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义.结果 与模型对照组比较,小檗碱治疗组大鼠BS、TC、TG、ApoB、LDL-C、LP(a)均比模型对照组显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),而高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇HDL-C、ApoAI显著升高.结论 小檗碱治疗伴有高脂血症的糖尿病大鼠,在改善脂质代谢的同时,还能改善糖代谢,使BS下降.小檗碱具有降低血糖、调节脂代谢的作用.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of berberine, a compound isolated from a Chinese herb, on metabolism of blood sugar and blood lipid in type 2 diabetes mellitus with hyperlipidemia with experimental animals. Methods Wistar rats 50 were fed on a diet enriched fat and glucose to induce hyperlipidemia, after 5 weeks, rats that TG, TC increased significantly as compared with normal group as success hyperlipidemia. The rats were injected intrapertoneally with a low-dose STZ (30 mg/kg) to induce hyperglycemia. Then Wistar rats were fed on a diet enriched fat and glucose for 10 weeks. At last, the modeling rats were treated by berberine hydrochloride for 4 weeks. All analysis dealed with SPSS 11.5. The mean difference is significant at the 0.05 level. Results It was demonstrated that serum BS, TC, TG, ApoB, LDL-C, LP(a) in berberine treated group were significantly decreased as compared with those in model group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). While the level of serum HDL-C, ApoAI in berberine treated group obviously elevated (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion Berberine not only improves lipid metabolism, but also improves glycometabolism to decrease the levels of BS. It was suggested that the administration of berberine in hyperlipidemic and hyperglycemic rats can improved.
