自体CIK细胞回输治疗原发性肝癌的护理

目的总结自体细胞因子诱导的杀伤(cytokine-induced killer,CIK)细胞回输治疗原发性肝癌的护理方法。方法对20例采用自体CIK细胞回输治疗原发性肝癌的患者的护理进行分析总结。结果CIK细胞自体回输后,本组20例患者的症状均有显著的改善。CIK细胞回输治疗原发性肝癌效果明显,且损伤性小、不良反应少、安全性高。如在治疗中加强护理干预,可促进患者症状和体征的改善,延长患者的生命。结论采用自体CIK细胞治疗,可以消除患者体内残留的肿瘤细胞,具有增殖速度快、杀瘤活性高、杀瘤谱广、毒副作用小等优点,值得临床推广。

Nursing patients with primary carcinoma of liver when cured by self cytokine-induced killer return transfusion

Objective To summarize the nursing points for patients with primary carcinoma of liver when cured by self cytokine-induced killer return transfusion. Methods Self cytokine-induced killer return transfusion method was used for 20 patients with primary carcinoma of liver, and then summarized the nursing experiences about it. Results After the return transfusion, the symptom of all the patients were improved, there were no adverse effects occurred, the safety of this therapy was satisfactory. Conclusions Self cytokine-induced killer return transfusion can effectively ameliorate the symptom of patients with primary carcinoma of liver without little risk and adverse effects, which can improve the quality of life for patients.
