高齡老人白内障摘除及人工晶體植入療效觀察

目的評價高齡白内障患者的手術瘵效.方法八十歲及以上高齡白内障患者116例121眼行現代白内障囊外摘除及人工晶體植入術.結果術後裸眼或嬌正視力≥0.5者75眼占61.98%;≥0.3者107眼占88.42%;≥0.05者118眼占97.52%,<0.05者3眼占2.48%.術後角膜水膻發生率較低.結論高齡白内障患者手術復明效果滿意.對于特别硬核的白内障患者,選擇白内障囊外摘除相對安全.

Cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation on patients at an advanced age

Objective To study the therapeutic result of cataract extraction and intraocular lens (IOL)implantation on advanced aged patients. Methods The modern extracapsular cataract extraction (ECCE)and IOL implantation were performed on 116 patients, 80 years old or older, 121 eyes in total. Results Postoperatively, visual acuity, corrected or uncorrected, was 0.5 or better in 75 eyes, accounting for 61.95 percent; 0.3 or better in 107 eyes, accounting for 88.42 percent; 0.05 or better in 118 eyes; accounting for 97.52%. There was a low occurrence rate of postoperative corneal edema. Conclusion The effect on advanced-aged patients is ideal. ECCE is relatively safer for patients with hard cataract.
