| 摘 要： | 目的探讨良好的环境与心理护理对高眼压状态下青光眼患者围术期的影响。方法将52例接受手术治疗的高眼压状态的青光眼患者随机分成两组：试验组27例,对照组25例,对照组实施常规护理,试验组在常规护理的基础上增加舒适的环境与心理护理。结果试验组在减少手术并发症及患者对护理工作满意度方面均优于对照组。结论良好的环境与心理护理有利于降低高眼压状态青光眼患者围术期的并发症和促进患者的康复。

| Abstract: | Objective To exploring effect of psychological nursing on patients with glaucoma. Methods Sixtytwo patients with glucoma were divided into two groups, including test group （27 cases） and control group （35 cases）. Patients in test group and control group were nursed with routine nursing, otherwise, patients in test group with psychological nursing. Results The test group demonstrated preponderance in surgical complications and satisfaction of patients compared to the control group. Conclusion The psychological nursing is an effective nursing method on nursing patients with glaucoma. |
