| 摘 要： | 目的：观察经胃镜定位置入镍钛合金记忆金属支架治疗恶性食道狭窄的疗效及安全性。方法：在胃镜引导定位下，为36例食管癌引起的食道狭窄患者放置镍钛合金记忆金属支架。结果：36例患者放置支架后进食困难立即得到缓解，所有病例随访1～3月，支架无移住，管腔通畅，治疗过程未发生严重并发症。结论：胃镜引导下镍钛合金记忆金属支架置入治疗食管癌引起的食道狭窄，定位准确，安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effect and safety of stents implantation guided by gastroscope for malignant esophageal stenosis.Method: Stents implantation were guided by gastroscope for 36 patients with malignant esophageal stenosis.Result: All 36 operations were successful and the patients' problem of food intake was solved.Conclusion: Stents implantation guided by gastroscope is an effective and safe way for malignant esophageal stenosis. |
