摘    要:目的观察脑复清胶囊对D-半乳糖致痴呆模型小鼠脑组织中乙酰胆碱酯酶和胆碱乙酰转移酶的影响.方法采用D-半乳糖造成小鼠痴呆模型,连续给药60d后,测定脑组织中乙酰胆碱酯酶和胆碱乙酰转移酶活性.结果脑复清胶囊可显著降低痴呆模型小鼠脑组织中乙酰胆碱酯酶活性,提高痴呆模型小鼠脑组织中胆碱乙酰转移酶活性.结论脑复清胶囊可能通过改善中枢胆碱能系统功能障碍来增强学习记忆能力.

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of Naofuqing capsule on the activities of acetylcholinesterase and cholineacetyltransferase from brains in demented mice induced by D-galactose. Methods Demented mice induced by D-galactose were used and activities of acetylcholinesterase and cholineacetyltransferase from brains was determined. Results Naofuqing capsule could significantly decrease the activity of acetylcholinesterase and improve the activity of cholineacetyltransferase from brains in the demented mice. Conclusion Naofuqing capsule could improve the learning and memory ability through improving the dysfunction of cerebral cholinergic system.
