| 摘 要： | 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声评价停用辛伐他汀对兔粥样硬化颈动脉影响的效果。方法32只兔随机分为对照组、模型组、干预1组及干预2组，采用高脂饲料喂养法建立颈动脉粥样硬化模型并给予辛伐他汀干预，干预2组在2周后停用辛伐他汀，采用彩色多普勒超声在造模前、辛伐他汀干预前、停药前及停药后2周检测各组兔颈动脉内中膜厚度（IMT）、颈动脉内径（ID）、颈动脉血流峰值流速（PV）及血流量（BF）。结果造模后IMT增厚、ID减小，PV加大、BF减小；给予辛伐他汀干预后，兔颈动脉IMT、ID、PV及BF变化得到改善；停药2周后，干预2组IMT厚于干预1组，ID及BF小于干预1组，PV高于干预1组。结论辛伐他汀能够改善兔粥样硬化颈动脉的功能及形态变化，突然停用辛伐他汀能够引起兔粥样硬化颈动脉的病变进一步加重，引起反应性损害。
