| 摘 要： | 目的了解山东省各级医院感染管理部门设置现状。方法通过调查表对全省432所医院的感染管理部门设置情况进行调查,资料采用SPSS11.5进行统计分析。结果 361所医院设立了独立医院感染管理部门,直接隶属于医院院长或主管医疗副院长,医院感染管理专职人员/床位比在>1∶250的有150所。结论目前,医院感染管理部门设置已不断规范,但专职人员数量仍显不足。
