锁骨骨折几种内固定方法疗效比较

目的：比较几种锁骨骨折内固定方法的疗效。方法：对134例锁骨骨折患进行回顾性研究，对几种内固定手术后的骨折愈合情况、X线片示对线情况、感染，再骨折及肩关节功能等指标进行比较。结果：克氏针逆行固定发生畸形愈合3例，延迟愈合6例，肩关节功能受限6例。钢板固定发生 再骨折1例，延迟愈合6例。空芯加压螺纹钉固定发生延迟愈合1例。记忆合金环抱器固定发生延迟愈合1例。双克氏针顺行平行固定发生肩关节功能受限2例。结论：锁骨骨折内固定方法多种，必须根据骨折类型和部位采用相应的方法。由于双克氏针顺行平行固定具有操作简便，固定坚强，抗旋转，无针眼感染，适应证广泛等优点。总体上，我们推荐双克氏针顺行平行固定作为首选。

The comparison of the effects of several methods for intemal fixation of clavicle fractures

Subject:To compare the effect of several methods forinternal fixation of clavicle fractures.Methods:We make a retrospective study of X-ray showing,infection,refracture and shoulder function in 134 patients with clavicle fractures treated with different kinds of intemal fixation.Results:3 cases of deformitive union,6 cases of delayed union,6 cases of limitted shoulder function in the group of fixation with kirschner wires retroradely.1 case of refracture,6 cases of delayed union in the group of fixation with plte and screws.1 case of delayed union in group of fixation with cannulated compression screw.1 case of delayed union in fixation with memorial device.2 case of limited shoulder function in fixation with double kirschner wires progradely and paralleled.Conclusion:There are several methods for internal fixation of clavicle fractures.we should choose a method according to the fractural type and position.The fixation with double kirschner wires progradely and paralleled has advantages of simple operation,hard fixation,anti-rotation,no infection of skin where wires insert,wide indication,etc,which is recommended as the first choice.
