摘    要:目的 探讨不同强度运动对老年高脂饮食大鼠血清瘦素水平的影响。方法 48只15月龄雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组、高脂组、高脂加90min运动组和高脂加45min运动组。除对照组饲普通饲料外,其他组均饲高脂饲料、运动组大鼠分别以每周5次,每次90min和45min游泳,持续15周。实验结束后测定血清瘦素、血脂、血糖、胰岛素、体质量和体长、计算肥胖评定指数(Lee指数)。结果 15周高脂膳食使大鼠高胆固醇血症建立;运动使血清瘦素水平明显下降;血清瘦素水平与低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、甘油三酯(TG)呈显著正相关,与高密度脂蛋白-C(HDL-C)呈显著负相关;45min运动对老年高脂饮食大鼠血生化的有益影响与90min相似,甚至前者有更好趋势。结论 小运动量活动就可引起高脂饮食大鼠血瘦素水平下降和一系列有益生化改变,是预防高脂血症的较佳方案。血清瘦素与血清脂蛋白密切相关。

Effects of different swimming time on the serum leptin in high-fat fed old rats
Abstract:Objective To explore effects of different swimming time on the serum leptin in high fat fed old rats. Methods 48 SD rats ,males, 15 months years old, were randomly divided into 4 groups: controlled, high fat fed, high fat fed with 90 min swimming or 45min swimming a day ,respectively. Training lasts 15 weeks of 5 days a week. The serum leptin, lipoprotein, glucose, insulin, body mass and body length of the rats were measured at the end of training.Then Lee index was calculated.Results The hypercholesterolemia was established after 15 weeks of high fat feeding in rats; the serum leptin of the rats was significantly reduced by training;the level of serum leptin was positively related to LDL and TG whereas negatively associated with serum HDL;the benefit of the exercises on the blood biochemistry changes was the same between 45 min and 90 min swimming groups, even better in the former. Conclusion Minor exercise activity in old rats with high fat food can cause reduction of serum leptin and a serices of beneficial biochemical changes,which is a better way for preventing hypercholesterolemia. Serum leptin is closely associated with the metabolism of lipoproteins.
