非穿透性小梁切除联合羊膜植入术治疗青光眼

目的探讨非穿透性小梁切除联合羊膜植入术治疗开角型青光眼的临床疗效。方法对36例(36眼)开角型青光眼患者施行非穿透性小梁切除联合巩膜瓣下羊膜植入术。术后随访6~24月。结果所有患者术后均无严重的并发症。3例术后视力下降。最终随访的平均眼压(14.86±4.15)mmHg,明显低于术前(29.65±5.76)mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa)。最终随访时形成功能性滤过泡者30眼。结论非穿透性小梁切除联合羊膜植入术能有效地降低眼压,无穿透性小梁切除术所引起的术后并发症,是治疗开角型青光眼的有效术式之一。

Treatment of open angle glaucoma with non-penetrating trabeculectomy combined with amniotic membrane implantation

Objective To study the effect of non_penetrating trabeculectomy combined with amniotic membrane implantation for the treat ment of open angle glaucoma(OAG).Methods Non_penetrating trabeculectomy combined with amniotic membrane implantation was performed in 36 eyes of 36 patients of OAG. Amniotic membrane was implanted under the scleral flap .Follow_up period ranged from 6 to 24 months(mean 8.24months).Results No any serious complication was found in all eyes. Visual acuity was decreased in 3 eyes .At the end of follow_up,the postoperative intraocular pressure(IOP)(14.864.15)mmHg was lower than the preoperative IOP(29.655.76)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),Functional filtering blebs were found in 30 eyes.Conclusion Non_penetrating trabeculectomy combined with amniotic membrane implantation can effectively reduce the lOP without the occurrence of serious complications that commonly seen after the trabeculectomy. It is an effective surgical method for the treatment of OAG.
