| Abstract: | Case A 70-year-old female was admitted to hospital because of a generalweakness and a high creatinine level. On admission she was hypotensive(105/55 mmHg) and complained of chronic back pains. During theweeks preceding the hospitalization she was taking fosinopril10 mg qd, amitryptiline 50 mg qd and paracetamol as required(not >1000 mg per day).
