摘    要:目的确定大孔吸附树脂纯化野菊花总黄酮的工艺。方法采用优选树脂纯化野菊花总黄酮,以分光光度法测定野菊花总黄酮含量。结果AB-8树脂纯化野菊花总黄酮的工艺参数为:原液上样浓度1.2~1.5g/L,最大吸附量为16.8mg/g干树脂,吸附速度为1BV/h,上样2次,吸附时间为0.5h,洗脱剂为50%乙醇,用量为4BV,洗脱速度为4BV/h,树脂可重复使用3次。结论AB-8树脂对野菊花总黄酮具有良好的吸附和纯化性能。

Abstract:Objective To study the purification of total flavonoids from chrysanthemum indicum (CITF) by macroporous absorption resin. Methods CITF was obtained through macroporous absorption resin and UV spectrophotometry was used to analyze the content of total flavonoids. The appropriate conditions including resin type, adsorption and elution properties were confirmed by comparing the quality of CITF. Results The optimized conditions were: macroporous absorption resin AB-8, concentration of original sample 1.2~1.5 g/L, maximum adsorption 16.8 mg/g dry resin, sample adsorbing rate 1 BV/h, sample adsorption times 2, adsorbing time 0.5 h, 50% alcohol as eluent, 4 BV, desorbing rate 4 BV/h, resin repeat adsorption cycles less than 3. Conclusion AB-8 resin can be used to purify CITF.
