婴幼儿合理补钙干预性试验的研究

目的对各种钙剂治疗佝偻病效果进行临床研究。方法选取我院2004-01~2005-01期间,在儿科门诊就诊的0~3岁婴幼儿,根据“婴幼儿佝偻病防治方案”中的全国统一标准诊断确诊为轻度佝偻病的患儿100例。将患儿随机分为2组:分别应用葡萄糖酸钙和凯思立D,每组患儿治疗前后均查血清Ca(mmol/L),P(mmol/L),BALP(U/L),PTH(pg/mL)。结果两组患儿治疗后,血清Ca,P,BALP均明显上升,两组间无显著差异,每组治疗前后各项生化指标比较有显著差异,两组治疗后血清PTH值较治疗前明显降低,B组较A组抑制PTH分泌更显著。结论钙剂多少对血液生化指标影响无显著差异,所以治疗佝偻病与钙剂量大小无关,主要与VD3有关。

Study of Interventional Test of Reasoned Supplement Calcium for Baby

Objective To discuss the curative effect of treatment of rickets with supplement varied calcium. Methods 100 cases of slight rickets baby diagnosed according to national standard from January 2004 to January 2005 were divided into 2 groups. They were treated with calcium glueonate and ealeili D. The serum Ca, P, BALP and PTH were detected. Results The Ca, P and BALP were increased after treatment with no difference between two groups. The bio data were difference before and after treatment in both groups. The PTH decreased in both groups after treatment and B group inhibited PTH obviously. Conclusion The affection of calcium tablet had no significant difference for hemo- biochemical data. The rickets treatment might be related with VD3.
