| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨灼口综合征(BMS)患者的心理健康状况,以了解BMS的病因及发病机制,为进一步治疗提供理论依据.方法 22例患者及20例对照在初诊时填写SCL-90(症状自评量表),SAS(焦虑自评量表)和SDS(抑郁自评量表),对所有数据进行统计分析.结果 本研究共纳入BMS患者22例,其中女19例(绝经后13例),男3例,平均年龄50.1岁,平均病程8.4个月.对照组20例,其中女17例,男3例,平均年龄51.2岁.SCL-90总分和9个因子得分及SAS、SDS得分实验组均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 灼口综合征(BMS)多见于绝经后妇女,精神因素在BMS的发生发展中起着极其重要的作用,BMS患者有明显的抑郁和焦虑倾向.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the psychological profiles of patients with burning mouth syndrome(BMS),and to provide a theory basis for further treatment. Methods Twenty-two patients with BMS and 20 healthy controls completed SCL-90,SAS and SDS scales during their initial clinical evaluation session,and the data were statistically analyzed.
