| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨尿毒症患者输血与巨细胞病毒感染的关系。方法 :应用间接酶联免疫吸附试验 (EL ISA)法检测尿毒症患者血清中巨细胞病毒特异性 Ig M、Ig A抗体。结果 :尿毒症患者血清 Ig M、Ig A抗体分别为 74 .6 %和 11.9% ,明显高于对照组人群 ,两组比较差异有非常显著性。结论 :尿毒症患者发病与巨细胞病毒感染有关

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the relationship between uremic patient transfusion and CMV infection. Methods: ELISA was applied to examine the specific IgM,IgA antibody for CMV in 59 uremic patients′ serum. Results: The positive rate of the IgM,IgA antibody for CMV in the uremic patients serum were 74.6% and 11.9% respectively which were obviously higher than those in the control group (12.5% and 2.5%).The statistical difference was significant ( P <0 01).Conclusion:The occurence of uremia is related to CMV infection. |
