黄紫止咳颗粒治疗急性支气管炎的临床研究

目的评价黄紫止咳颗粒治疗急性支气管炎(风寒袭肺证)的临床疗效和安全性。方法采用随机、双盲双模拟、阳性药平行对照、多中心临床研究方法(试验组黄紫止咳颗粒,对照组通宣理肺口服液),其中试验组309例,对照组103例。结果黄紫止咳颗粒试验组临床疗效愈显率为72.17%,总有效率为95.15%;对咳嗽、咯痰稀薄色白、咽痒等单项中医症状明显改善;两组间比较,试验组疗效均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论黄紫止咳颗粒治疗急性支气管炎(风寒袭肺证)疗效确切,未发现毒副作用。

Clinical Study of Huangzi Zhike Granules for Acute Bronchitis

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of Huangzi Zhike granule for acute bronchitis with the syndrome of wind-cold attacking the lung.Methods A multi-center,randomized,double-blinded,double-simulation and positive drug parallel controlled trial was adopted.Three hundred and nine cases in the treatment group were treated with Huangzi Zhike granule,and 103 cases in the control group were treated with Tongxuan Lifei oral liquid.Results Huangzi Zhike granule had a total effective rate of 95.15 %and significantly relieved the symptoms of cough,spitting thin clear white sputum and throat itching.Compared with Tongxuan Lifei liquid,Huangzi Zhike granule showed a better clinical effect(P < 0.01).Conclusion Huangzi Zhike granule has a certain therapeutic effect for acute bronchitis with the syndrome of wind-cold attacking the lung,and has no toxic and side effects.
