| 摘 要： | 来源于人肺低分化腺癌的细胞系ＳＰＣ－Ｌ１初代培养始于１９８４年７月１２日。细胞贴壁生长，呈类多边形。群体培增时间为３２小时，克隆形成率１５．７％，染色体众数范围为５１－６１，４０％中期分裂相丢失Ｙ染色体，核型为６１，ＸＹ，＋３Ｂ，＋５Ｃ，＋２Ｄ，＋１Ｅ，＋４Ｇ。ＤＮＡ指数（ＤＩ）为１．５３。ＳＰＣ－Ｌ１细胞移植于裸鼠皮下可形成移植瘤，并可在裸鼠间传代移植，移植瘤组织结构与原代培养材料相似，呈低分化

| Abstract: | A new cell line SPC-L1-poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma of the lung has been established from a patient with the same pathological type of lung cancer. This cell line was characterized by an adbherent growth of polygonal cells with a population doubling time of 32h and a clonal formation rate of 15.7% as well as a DI of 1.531 The model chromosomes ranged from 51 to 61 and the karyotype was found to be 61, XY,. +3B, + 5C, + 2D, + 1E, +4G. 40% of the mitotic cells lost their Y chromosomes. Xenograft of cells into nude mice could produce tumors which pathologically resembled the original culture meterial and could be subgenerated among nude mice. |
