摘    要:本文作者应用免疫组织方法对100例乳腺癌进行了妊娠特异β—1—糖蛋白(SPI)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、上皮膜抗原(EMA)和角蛋白(KT)的检测。结果表明,SPI、CEA、EMA和KT在乳腺癌中的表达具有显著的特异质性。各型乳腺癌总的SPI、CEA、EMA和_KT的阳性率分别为43%、61%、57%和83%。上述标志与乳腺癌组织分型和分化程度无相关关系。CEA阳性率与乳腺癌分期有关,Ⅰ期与Ⅲ期差异显著。SPI、CEA阳性率与腋窝淋巴结转移有关,腋窝淋巴结转移组,SPI、CEA阳性率高于未转移组。

Abstract:100 cases of breast carcinoma were studied by the immunohistochemical technique (ABC and PAP methods) for the presence of SP-1 , CEA, EMA and KT. Heterogeneity was the most promirant feature of four markers in aD subtypes of breast carcinoma.SP-1, CEA, ENA and KT were demonstrated in 43%, 62%, 52%, and .83% of 100 cases of breast carcinoma, respectively. There was no correlation between above markers and classification and degree of differentiation of breast carcinoma, but CEA positivity was related to the clinical stage. SP- 1, CEA positivity correlated strongly with the presence of synchronous axillary lymph node metastasis.
