睾丸恶性肿瘤的疗效分析：—附157例报告

1964年3月至1985年3月我院共收治经病理证实为睾丸恶性肿瘤157例,年龄1—70岁,其中20—49岁占81.6％;生殖细胞瘤占93.7％,非生殖细胞瘤占6.3％;通过分析探讨影响疗效的因素:精原细胞瘤的效果比非精原细胞瘤好;Ⅰ期的疗效比Ⅱ期以上好;隐睾的疗效比非隐睾好;综合治疗比单纯性手术疗效好,特别是术后加放疗、化疗对精原细胞瘤患者较有效,最长生存20年以上;20～39岁组比其它年龄组可能疗效好;病程的长短和肿瘤的大小与疗效无明显关系。

ANALYSIS OF THE FACTORS INFLUECING TREATMENT AND PROGNOSIS OF MALIGNANT TUMOR OF THE TESTIS-A REPORT ON157 CASES

157 Cases of malignant tumors of testis were collected during the past 21 years (dating from 1964- 1985). The age ranged from 1-70 years, the age group 20-49 accounted for 81.6% . Among the germ cell carcinomas and the non-germ cell carcinomas accounted for 93.7% and 6.3%, respectively. Analysis of the factors influencing treatment results showed that (1) The seminomas responded better to treatment than the non-se-minomas; (2) Clinical stage I had a better prognosis than stage n and later stages; (3) Success rates of treatment for cryptorchidomas were better than those for non-cryptorchidom-as; (4) Combined treatment proved to be Fbetter than simple resection, especially since postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy showed good effect for seminomas, with the longest surviving patient living more than 20 years, It is possible that the prognosis for the 20- 39 age group is much better than that of other age groups. The length of clinical course , the size of the tumor have no clearly defined association with the prognosis.
