| 摘 要： | 目的观察纳络酮联合尼莫通治疗急性重型颅脑损伤的疗效。方法将65例急性重型颅脑损伤的患者随机分为纳络酮联合尼莫通治疗组和对照组,纳络酮联合尼莫通治疗组中,主要是在常规治疗的基础上加用纳络酮联合尼莫通治疗,对照组采用常规治疗。结果纳络酮联合尼莫通治疗组中,其治疗的总有效率为91.1%;而对照组中,其治疗的总有效率为73.3%。两组患者的总有效率经过统计分析有较显著差异(P<0.05)。结论纳络酮联合尼莫通治疗急性重型颅脑损伤的患者较常规治疗方法,疗效更好。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of naloxone and nimotop in the cases of acute severe brain injury.Methods The sixty-five patients of severe brain injury were randomly divided into two groups（treatment group35 cases and control group 30 cases）.The treatment group was naloxone and nimotop plus conventional medicine treatment,the control group was conventional medicine treatment.Results The treatment group cure rate was 91.1%,the control group cure rate was 73.3%.The cure rate was significantly different between the treatment group and the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The curative effect of naloxone and nimotop plus conventional medicine treatment might be much better than the conventional medicine treatment group. |
