摘    要:本实验使用不同致伤力造成大鼠急性脊髓损伤,观察不同致伤力对脊髓诱发电位(SCEP)的影响。实验结果显示16g致伤力量致伤后立即可见SCEP的N_1、P_2波幅值明显减弱,34、68、118g致伤力量致伤后N_1、P_2立即消失。168致伤力伤后4周其N_1、P_2波和动物后肢运动功能可恢复到伤前水平,34g致伤力可大部分恢复,68、118g致伤力则恢复较差。结论是致伤力越小,SCEP和动物运动功能恢复越好;反之,动物运动功能恢复越差。

Abstract:To determine the effects of compressed force of various intensities on the spinal cord evoked po-temials(SCEP), acute spinal cord injury was produced by 16, 34, 68 and 118g in rats with spinal cord evoked potential monitoring. The results showed that amplitude of N1 and P2 was remarkably declined in 16g and disappeared in 34, 68 and 118g immediately after trauma. The amplitude of N1 and P2 and the motor function of the hindlimbs completely recovered after 16g injury, partially recovered after 34g?and did not recover after 68 and 118g injury 4 weeks after trauma.. It is cocluded that the degree of recovery of SCEP and motor function was inversely proportional to the intensity of the injury force. Therefore, it seems that SCEP could be used for monitoring spinal cord functions, and was of prognostic significance in patients with spinal cord injury.
