早期乳腺癌保乳术后联合全乳腺放射治疗的疗效分析

摘    要:目的评价早期乳腺癌保乳手术联合放射治疗的疗效及美容效果。方法对26例早期乳腺癌患者采取保乳手术加术后全乳腺放射治疗,并与19例同期早期乳腺癌行改良根治术加术后放射治疗的患者进行对比分析。结果所有的患者均完成治疗,均无切口感染、切口不愈合及放射性皮肤坏死等不良反应,均有不同程度的近期皮肤反应,但均没有明显纤维化。保乳组的3年、5年生存率分别为96.2%(25/26)、92.3%(24/26),与对照组的3年、5年生存率100.0%(19/19)、94.7%(18/19)相似。保乳组22例(84.6%)美容效果良好。结论乳腺癌保乳手术美容效果良好,放射治疗对乳房外形无明显影响,两者联合应用可显著提高乳腺癌患者的生活质量。

The analysis of whole breast radiotherapy after conserving surgery treatment for early breast cancer

Abstract:Objective Appraise the effect of whole breast radiotherapy after conserving surgery treatment for early breast cancer and cosmetology efficacy. Methods 26 cases Early breast cancer patients were used whole breast radiotherapy after breast conserving surgery treatment in our hospital. And contrast to 19 cases early breast cancer patients treated with modified radical mastectomy added adjuvant radiotherapy during the same period. Results All patients completed the treatment course, none of them happened a bad reaction of incision infection, incision not healing, radiation skin necrosis, have varying degrees of skin reaction in the near future, but has not been any marked fibrosis. The survival rate of 3 years and 5 years of conserving surgery group vs modified radical mastectomy group: 96. 2% ( 25/26 ), 92. 3% ( 24/26 ) vs 100. 0% (19/19)94. 7% (18/19). 22 of 26 cases conserving surgery cosmetology efficacy is good (84. 6%. Conclusions Early breast conserving surgery is good cosmetic results, whole breast radiotherapy has no obvious effect for breast shape, joint application can significantly improve breast cancer patients quality of life.
