盐酸阿扎司琼预防化疗所致恶心呕吐的临床研究

目的探讨盐酸阿扎司琼在预防化疗所致恶心呕吐中的作用。方法 84例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各42例。试验组患者化疗前静脉注射国产盐酸阿扎司琼10mg∶100ml,每天1次。对照组患者采用进口盐酸昂丹司琼8mg,化疗前静注,每天1次。评价2组患者治疗期间恶心发生情况、止吐疗效、初次呕吐发生时间、不良反应发生情况。结果试验组预防恶心发生有效率(61.9%)高于对照组(54.8%),试验组完全缓解率(81.0%)明显高于对照组(61.9%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组初次呕吐发生时间明显高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生情况两组无差异。结论国产盐酸阿扎司琼对预防化疗所致恶心呕吐有效、安全,值得临床推广。

The research of Hydrochloric acid Azasetron in prevention of nausea and vomiting in patients with chemotherapy

Objective To investigate the Azasetron hydrochloride in the prevention of chemotherapy - induced nausea and vomiting in the role. Methods 84 patients with malignant tumor were randomly divid- ed into experimental and control groups, all 42 cases. Intravenous injection of the test group before chemo- therapy made Azasetron hydrochloride 10mg ： 100ml, q.d. Control group of imported ondansetron hydro- chloride 8mg, before intravenous chemotherapy, q. d. Evaluate the incidence of nausea during treatment, antiemetic efficacy, time to first occurrence of vomiting and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups. Results The efficient of prevent nausea in treatment group was significantly higher than the control group. The complete remission rate was significantly higher in treatment group （81.0%） than the control group （61.9%, P 〈 0. 05 ）. The first time vomiting was significantly higher in treatment group than the con- trol group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Adverse events were no different in the two groups. Conclusions Domestic hydro- chloride Azasetron are effective in prevention of chemotherapy - induced nausea and vomiting, safe and wor- thy of promotion.
