B超在高龄产妇产后子宫复旧异常中的诊断价值

目的探讨高龄产妇产后子宫复旧异常的B超表现,并分析其原因,为临床诊断及治疗提供参考。方法回顾性分析我院自2005年12月-2011年12月收治的171例高龄产妇的临床资料及B超表现,分析总结高龄产妇产后子宫复旧异常的声像图特征。结果 171例高龄产妇,98例宫腔积液（血）,约占总数的57.3%（98/171）,46例子宫切口愈合不良,约占总数的26.9%（46/171）,27例宫旁血肿,约占总数的15.8%（27/171）。结论高龄产妇子宫复旧异常多与子宫积血以及子宫切口愈合不良有关,结合病史以及B超表现能迅速明确子宫复旧异常的原因,为临床治疗提供指导。

The diagnostic value in involution of uterus abnormity with type-B ultrasonic

Objective To explore the ultrasound performance in involution of uterus abnormity and analyzes the causes for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods A total of 171 patients with involution of uterus abnormity were involved in this sthdy.The characteristic sonogram in involution of uterus abnormity were analysesed.Results In 171 cases of advanced maternity,98 cases were found uterine cavity effusion(blood),accounting for 57.3% of that;46 cases were found uterine incision poor healing,accounting for 26.9% of that;27 cases were found the palace hematoma,accounting for 15.8% of that.Conclusion The abnormal of uterus involution abnormity correlate closely to uterine cavity effusion and poor healing.With medical history and ultrasound characteristic performance,the cause of uterus involution abnormity can be found quickly,which can provide valuable guidance for clinical treatment.
