全膝关节置换术后系统康复的疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨分析全膝关节置换术后系统康复的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析行单侧人工全膝关节置换术的骨关节炎患者82例,并分成两组。观察组(41例)在置换术后进行系统康复训练,对照组(41例)进行持续被动训练机(CPM)的康复训练,比较两组患者的术后膝关节功能恢复状况。结果观察组在术后1周、3周、6周HSS评分均高于对照组,并且术后6周实验组的有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。结论 TKA后系统康复有助于患者恢复,提高临床疗效,值得在临床上推广。

Abstract:Objective To investigate efficacy of systemic rehabilitation training after total knee arthroplasty (TKA). Methods 82 cases of osteoarthritis treated with unilateral TKA were analyzed retrospectively and randomly divided into two groups according to the different ways of treatment. 41 cases of the observation group received the postoperative systemic rehabilitation training, and 41 cases of the control group received the rehabilitation training with continuous passive training machine (CPM). The postoperative knee function recovery was compared. Results HSS scores of the observation group at one week, 3 weeks, and 6 weeks after the operation were higher that those of the comtrol group,, and the effective rate at 6 weeks after the operation of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Systemic rehabilitation training after TKA can improve the clinical efficacy, which is worthy of clinical application.
