派立明治疗原发性开角型青光眼和高眼压症经验探讨

目的探讨派立明治疗原发性开角型青光眼和高眼压症的应用经验。方法 52例(98眼)青光眼患者,其中,原发性开角型青光眼36例(66眼),高眼压症16例(32眼),给予派立明点眼,一日两次,分别检查用药后一周、一个月、三个月、半年、一年、三年的眼压,用药后半年、一年、三年的视野。结果比较各时间段的回访结果,眼压、视野控制在正常范围。结论原发性开角型青光眼和高眼压症的患者滴用派立明有效降眼压,同时,安全性好,对同时有全身性疾病患者更为适用,是一种有效、首选率高的青光眼治疗药物。

Investigate the experience of the brinzolamide to treating POAG and OH

Objective To investigate the experience of brinzolamide on lowering intraocular pressure.Methods 52 (98 eyes) patients suffered from primary open angel glaucoma( POAG) and high intraocular pressure diseases ( OH) ,include the 36 cases ( 66 eyes) of POAG and the 16 cases( 32 eyes) of OH,treated by brinzolamide,1% brinzolamide had been applied to these patients stwice daily for three years. The changes of intraocular pressure,vision and side effects were recorded at the 1w,1m,3m,6m and 1y,3y after the treatment. Results After the treatment,the intraocular pressure of the patients decreased significantly at all time points. There were a few transient and slight side effects. Conclusion Brinzolamide is safe and effective,and lower intraocular pressure with minimal side effects,and first use of the patients with systemic diseases.
