223例急性颅内出血的围手术期护理对策

目的研究急性颅内出血手术的围手术期护理方法。方法选择2005年1月-2012年1月于我院进行手术治疗的223例急性颅内出血的患者，将2005年1月～2007年1月进行手术的患者作为对照组，2007年2月～2012年1月进行手术的患者作为研究组，对比两组患者并发症和预后方面的差异。结果研究组并发症发生率、护理满意度与对照组对比有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。研究组死亡率与对照组对比无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。结论对急性颅内出血的患者应着重强调保持呼吸道通畅，加强吸痰与气道湿化，加强监护，密切观察病情变化，以期达到最佳治疗效果。

Nursing measures of 223 cases of acute intracerebral hemorrhage

Objective To study the peri-operation nursing measures of acute intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods Selected 223 patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage of our hospital between January 2005 and January 2012,then selected patients between January 2005 and January 2007 as control group,patients between Feburary 2007 and January 2012 as research group,compared the complications and mortality rate of the two groups.Results The complication rate and satisfactory rate of two groups had statistical difference.The moratility rate of two groups had no statistical difference.Conclusion Application of keeping the respiratory tract unobstructed,strengthening sputum and airway humidification,intensive care,close observation of changes to acute intracerebral hemorrhage could reach the best therapeutic effect.
