开书型骨盆骨折不同外固定支架固定方向的临床分析

目的:探讨外固定支架固定开书型骨盆骨折不同方向固定疗效。方法:通过设置对照组和实验组,采用不同的外固定方向固定骨盆骨折,进行临床比较,探索其疗效及并发症的发生率。结果:通过6～14月随访,骨折均愈合,外固定支架固定的方向与骨盆入口平面平行时固定疗效好。结论:与骨盆入口平面平行时外固定支架固定开书型骨盆骨折,固定可靠、并发症少、效果好。

Clinical analysis on pelvic external fixator for the treatment of open book pelvic fracture in different fixing direction

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of the pelvic external fixator for the treatment of the open book pelvic fractures in different fixing direction.Methods:Compared the control group with treatment group,the pelvic external fixator for the treatment of the open book pelvic fracture in different direction was explored in its therapeutic effect and the incidence of complication.Results:All patients were followed up for 6 to 14 months after operation.The fracture of all patients was healed,fixing direction of the pelvic external fixator in the treatment of open book pelvic fracture was paralleled with the plane of superior aperture of the pelvic,Its fixing effect was best.Conclusion:Fixing direction of the pelvic external fixator wa paralleled with the plane of superior aperture of the pelvic,It had reliable fixation,less complications and good effect.
