硬核性白内障人工晶状体术的临床应用

目的 探讨硬核性白内障的手术方式及临床效果.方法 采用改良式小切口非超声乳化白内障摘出人工晶状体植人术治疗硬核性白内障48例(54眼).结果 术后最佳矫正视力:0.1～0.2者5眼,0.3～0.4者12眼.0.5～1.0以上者37眼.无严重并发症发生.结论 改良式小切口非超声乳化白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术操作简单、安全有效.

Clinical observation for cataract extraction of hard nucleus

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of the modified small incision cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation of hard nucleus. Methods The surgery was performed on 54 eyes of 48 patiens suffered from cataract with hard nucleus. The follow-up period was 6-24 months (averaged 12.5 months). Results The vision acuity of 37 eyes(68.52%) was better than 0.5. There was no posterior capsular rupture. No serious complications were found. Conclusions The modified small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation was safe and had a good effect.
