| 摘 要： | 目的 研究超声直方图对脂肪肝诊断及分度的价值.方法 正常组与轻度、中-重度脂肪肝组研究对象各30位,超声测量肝脏、肾脏、脾脏及右肝静脉(RHV)感兴趣区域的直方图M值,并分析不同部位间直方图M值的比值.结果 ①右肾前方肝组织与肾脏(AntK)直方图M值的比值在正常组与轻度、中-重度脂肪肝组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),RHV前方肝组织与RHV(AntV)直方图M值的比值在正常组与中-重度脂肪肝组以及轻度与中-重度脂肪肝组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②0.97、0.78分别作为超声对脂肪肝诊断及分度时AntK、AntV直方图M值比值的临界值,其灵敏度分别为80.00%、80.00%;特异度分别为85.00%、70.00%.结论 AntK、AntV直方图M值的比值可作为脂肪肝超声诊断及分度的参考指标.
