我市药品不良反应监测工作现状调查与建议

目的:了解我市药品不良反应(ADR)监测工作的现状及存在的主要问题,探索市级和县级基层ADR监测工作管理模式。方法:对各ADR监测点和ADR监测工作人员分别以自填式问卷方式进行调查,对回收的问卷应用SPSS13.0进行统计学分析。结果:大部分监测点开展了ADR监测工作并建立了相应的工作制度,所有工作人员均为兼职;97.1%的被调查人员建议设立独立的市ADR监测中心。结论:我市基本建立了较为完备的ADR监测体系,但急需解决机构设置、人员配备、经费保障等一些影响和制约ADR监测工作发展的瓶颈问题,加大在软、硬件建设等方面的投入。

Investigation and Suggestion of Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring in Our City

OBJECTIVE： To understand the current situation and key problems of adverse drug reaction （ADR） monitoring in our city and to explore the management mode of ADR monitoring at city and county level. METHODS： ADR monitoring sites and ADR monitoring staff were investigated in a questionnaire manner, and the questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS13.0. RESULTS： ADR monitoring was carried out in great many monitoring sites, all staff pursued the monitoring work in part-time. 97.1% of staff suggested that the independent municipal ADR monitoring center should be set up. CONCLUSION： A relative perfect ADR monitoring system has been established in our city, but the bottleneck problem, which have affected and restricted the development of ADR monitoring work, such as institution setting, personnal equipment, expenditure guarantee, should be solved immediately. We should put more investment in the software and hardware construction.
