| 摘 要： | 目的:为我国完善网上购药消费者教育提供参考。方法:分析我国与美国网上购药消费者教育方面的资料,比较消费者教育主体、合法与非法网上药房辨别教育、非法销售药品网站投诉与报告途径等情况。结果与结论:我国应借鉴美国在网上购药消费者教育方面的经验,增加消费者教育的内容和形式,加大非法药品销售网站曝光的力度,增设消费者投诉和报告的途径。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for perfecting consumer education of online drugs purchase in China. METHODS ： The information about consumer education of online drugs purchase in China and America were analyzed, and education subject, legal and illegal online pharmacies identification, complaint and report of illegal drugs sale websites were compared. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： China should follow American experience in consumer education of online drugs purchase, increase the contents and ways of consumer education, enhance the disclosure degree of illegal drugs sale websites, and add more complaining and reporting methods for consumers. |
